My mom’s hearing aids were 10 years old! Joel gave her a new hearing test and showed us our options. Joel was not pushy, but very kind to my 92 year old mom. She picked the hearing aids best suited for her needs. Joel fitted the new hearing aids where they would be comfortable with her 24/7 oxygen and her glasses she wears occasionally. We had a great experience with Joel. He’s very kind and listens to you. Megan, his office assistant, was very helpful and kind. I would recommend this business if you’re looking for hearing aids or for getting new ones.

We recently moved to Jacksonville and have Audible hearing aids. We met with Tyler yesterday. He was so thorough and taught us about a new feature of our hearing aids that we were not aware of. Highly recommend the hearing aids and this practice.
